Hush Home x ImpactHK donating blankets to the homeless in a one-for-one charity drive[Hong Kong, November 29, 2019] — ‘Tis the season of giving (back)! This winter, mattress and bedding brand Hush Home and non-profit organization ImpactHK will partner together for a Buy 1 Give 1 campaign to donate more blankets to the homeless community.
From December 7-15, 2019, Hush Home pledges to donate 1 blanket to ImpactHK for every All-Season Duvet purchased by a customer. ImpactHK in turn will donate the blankets to the local homeless community. The timing of the charity drive was chosen to coincide with ImpactHK’s the Big Sleepout Event: A Global Sleep Out to Call for an End to Global Homelessness.
“Blankets are one of the most needed items for the homeless community,” shared Jeff Rotmeyer, founder of ImpactHK. “Not only do they provide warmth during cold nights, they are often folded up and used as pillows. It’s a versatile source of comfort.”
Details of the one-for-one campaign will be available at hushhome.com/duvet during the campaign period. Customers may use promotion code “IMPACTHK” to get an extra 15% discount on the All-Season Duvet during that time.
