QLIPP fulfills Indiegogo orders of 1,000 Smart Tennis Sensors
(Singapore, SG) – Jan 25, 2016 – QLIPP (#qlippsensor) today fulfilled their Indiegogo (#indiegogo) campaign http://igg.me/at/qlipp orders of its QLIPP Tennis Performance Sensor – a revolutionary smart sensor and accompanying mobile app (iOS and Android) that provides deep insights into key aspects of a tennis player’s game. The campaign surpassed its funding goal of $30,000USD and went on to reach $87,000USD eventually.
During the six months from the end of the campaign until the today, QLIPP has snatched up a number of awards along the way, including the German 2016 Good Design Award and ASEAN Ricebowl 2015 Product of the year Award.
In November 2015, for the first time ever, Registro Profesional de Tenis (RPT), the Leading tennis coaching organization in the world has partnered with a wearable technology company, QLIPP™, the ultimate tennis performance sensor. In light of this major endorsement deal, both QLIPP™ and RPT hope to usher in a new era in the sport of tennis.
QLIPP will also be presenting at the inaugural LAUNCH Consumer IoT Summit in Hong Kong from 27th to 28th Jan 2016 and has been shortlisted as one of the participants in the semi-finals of the Global Startup Contest.
